We stumbled across this list from the good folks over at Office Vibe a while back and while a good number of us are spending our days working from makeshift desks and kitchen tables for the time being, we thought it was a good bit of info to put out to keep us lithe and limber!
Spending all day sitting down at your desk has been shown to have the same negative effects that smoking can have on your body. And given that lots of us have no choice but to sit down for at least 8 hours, 5 days a week, we could all use a helping hand to keep us on a happy, healthy path.
